Seek Support from a Psychotherapist
We’ve connected with Psychotherapists across Ontario to help children, teens, adults, and elders deal with life challenges, including unresolved trauma, addictions, grief, depression, anxiety, parenting challenges, relationship issues and other life matters. We will be bringing some of these therapists into the community to meet with people in person. All therapists will be available using video and telephone technology, which the Cultural Recovery Centre will provide, along with a quiet and confidential space. This approach allows you to meet with your therapists whenever you need them, and you can keep meeting with them for years to come.
If you’d like help connecting with a psychotherapist on the list or not, please fill out the form below. You’re response will only be shared with Recovery Co-Leads Carrie and Joe, and EJ. Carrie or Joe will reach out to help you.

It’s not the same as just talking with people about the hard things they have experienced. A registered psychotherapist will first teach people skills that allow them to cope and feel better in life as they work through the hard things.
